You will be accountable for safety, quality, and throughput on your shift, develop your supervisors, and partner with maintenance, sanitation, shipping, and inventory control to keep operations running reliably throughout your shift.You'll be responsible for:Lead daily operations for your production area, keeping it safe, efficient, and properly staffedCoach and develop supervisors and frontline employees; set clear expectations and hold people accountableExecute daily, weekly, and long-range production plans with the Production Manager, adjusting labor, workflow, and resources as needs changeMonitor throughput, downtime, quality, and cost data to identify trends and drive continuous improvementLead root-cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional partnersChampion safety and food safety, ensuring compliance with GMPs, sanitation requirements, SOPs, and regulatory standardsOwn accurate, timely documentation, including production records, investigations, incident reports, and loss/variance analysisCoordinate equipment changeovers, procedural updates, and line improvements driven by customer, maintenance, or site needsServe as the key liaison between production leadership and frontline teams, and support broader facility initiativesMinimum Job Qualifications:3+ years of progressive leadership experience in production, distribution, or manufacturingExperience in high-volume operations, labor management, and workflow optimizationMechanical aptitude with labeling, casing, and line automation systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsAbility to manage competing priorities under pressure while maintaining safety, quality, and accuracyStrong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with a record of building teams and accountabilityAvailable to work the swing shift (3:00pm to 12:00am) and weekends as neededWhy Join PCP?At PCP, we take care of our people. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Distribution Center in Lodi, CA.The base salary range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting.
