Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an entry level professional to join the Next Generation Jammer Low Band (NGJ-LB) Program Management (PM) team to support our dynamic organization.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to finalize project plan presentations.

• Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to establish timelines deadlines coordinate and schedule meetings.

• Organize track and maintain project and program documentation.

• Participate in project/program meetings as requested.

• Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings.

• Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues.

• Assist with special projects and tasks.
• Assist with SharePoint and MS Teams Administration.
• Use approved AI-enabled tools to support project coordination documentation meeting preparation and workflow efficiency while ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance with company policy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• 1 year experience with demonstrated ability to effectively use AI applications while exercising sound judgment validating outputs and protecting sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft Word Excel AccessVisioand Power Point

• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience with SharePoint and MS Teams Administration

• Experience with Government FARs.
