Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | School Health Aide | Up to $24/hr | Concord, CA

Up to $24/hr paid weekly | Monday to Friday | School-Based

Looking for a CNA role with steady daytime hours and no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts? Covelo Group is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to work as a School Health Aide supporting students in Concord, CA.

This position offers the hands-on student care you would expect from a CNA role, but in a structured school environment with a predictable Monday through Friday schedule. You'll work closely with the school nurse and school staff to help students remain safe, comfortable, and ready to participate in their school day.

• Earn up to $24/hr, paid weekly*

• Consistent Monday through Friday school schedule

• No nights, weekends, or school holidays

• Work directly with students in a structured school environment

• Gain valuable school-based healthcare experience

• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more available beginning the first of the month after 30 days of full-time employment

• Support students with personal care and daily health needs

• Monitor and document student vital signs as directed

• Observe students and report health concerns to the school nurse

• Follow individualized student health plans and nursing instructions

• Assist with mobility, hygiene, positioning, feeding, and other activities of daily living as assigned

• Help prepare and maintain student health supplies and equipment

• Support students with medically related needs within your training and assigned responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential student health documentation

• Help provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for students

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Current BLS or CPR certification

• Comfort providing hands-on personal care to students

• Ability to follow written health plans and directions from nursing staff

• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills

• Patience and a professional approach when supporting children

• School, pediatric, home health, or behavioral health experience is helpful but not required
