Maintenance Technician

A growing manufacturer in Vonore, TN is seeking to add an experienced maintenance technician to their night shift operations. Salary: $59,000 - $70,000 per year Shift: Third Work hours: 6 PM - 6:30 AM Education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair various automated production equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, washers, powder coat, assembly, and other types of machines for electronic/electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other failures. Work with diagnostic knowledge of three-phase electricity, diagnosis of electrical and electronic circuits/systems, read electrical schematics, and have working knowledge of relay ladder logic, PLC troubleshooting and programming, CNC troubleshooting and programming. Diagnose and troubleshoot AC and DC drives and motors, servo motors and drives, stepper motors and drives, as well as related encoders, pulse tachometers, and resolvers.
