Warehouse Order Puller

$15hr - $17hr - shift is days 7am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the pulling and staging orders for delivery with extreme accuracy; unloading inbound shipments; ensuring specification and quantity of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; ensuring safe operations of vehicles; and maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment. This position may require shifts and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares orders by pulling from stock for the purpose of meeting delivery requirements
• Conducts physical inventories for the purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses
• Receives stock and non-stock items for the purpose of ensuring specification, quantity and quality of orders are correct
• Stocks equipment, materials and supplies for the purpose of maintaining required levels that will ensure availability of items when requested
• Processes report requests, documents, deliveries and/or materials for the purpose of disseminating information and/or materials to appropriate parties
• Clean warehouse for the purpose of maintaining an organized layout and safe work environment

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Forklift experience is required, Forklift Certified is preferred
• Strong math skills
• Understand written procedures and write routine documents
• Strong reading skills
• Strong attention to detail
