What you’ll bring Extensive experience leading software engineering teams with a focus on AI/ML‑enhanced solutions and cloud‑native technologies. Proven expertise in directing system design, architecture, and operations to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. Strong skills in project and program management, including milestone tracking and risk mitigation. Deep knowledge of agentic AI systems and generative artificial intelligence applications. Ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration. Bentonville, Arkansas US‑10735: The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 – $320,000.00 Sunnyvale, California US‑11656: The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 – $416,000.00 Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses. Stock Minimum Qualifications Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. 4 years’ supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
