responsibilities:
Responsibilities (Divided into 4 separate roles):

- Manage an assigned portfolio of security Findings and Remediation Plans, monitor aging and due dates, clarify ownership, coordinate follow-up, escalate blockers, and drive work toward timely risk reduction.

- Review remediation plans and evidence packages for completeness, relevance, and sufficiency; request precise rework when needed; document closure rationale; and make consistent, audit-defensible approval recommendations or decisions within assigned authority.

- Partner with Risk Owners, Responsible Parties, assessment teams, Finding Approvers, Archer product teams, and program leadership to resolve workflow, ownership, evidence, status, and approval-path issues.

- Support focused Tiger Teams by defining target populations, organizing working sessions, maintaining action tracking, analyzing progress, and escalating material risks or delays.

- Identify recurring process gaps and develop practical standards, templates, required-field guidance, quality checks, procedures, training materials, and job aids that improve first-time-right submissions without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

- Maintain accurate, complete, and current records in Archer; support Archer SaaS testing, migration readiness, stakeholder adoption, workflow clarification, and future-state process documentation.

- Validate source data and produce operational and leadership reporting on inventory, aging, cycle time, OLA/SLA adherence, evidence rework, closure trends, bottlenecks, and risk-reduction outcomes; translate analysis into recommended actions.

- Identify repetitive work and workflow friction that can be simplified or automated, including reminders, escalations, data-quality checks, reporting refreshes, and standardized communications.

- Use approved AI tools to draft, summarize, organize, and analyze routine work while protecting sensitive information, validating outputs against authoritative sources, documenting material decisions, and retaining human accountability.

- Contribute across process standardization, risk reduction, metrics and insights, workflow automation, and training based on program priorities and individual strengths.

- Performs other duties as assigned
