Maintenance Technician with AC experience

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician with AC experience at Regency Place Apartments, located in the Durham NC area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and conducting repairs on HVAC systems and other facilities. The role also involves ensuring that facilities are in optimal working condition and addressing resident repair requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance tasks
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical and mechanical issues
- Experience in executing Preventive Maintenance and routine inspections
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, particularly HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Relevant certifications in HVAC systems or maintenance are preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced training in maintenance-related fields is a plus
