Contract RecruiterLHH Recruitment is supporting on a Contract Recruiter to join a team in Central Phoenix. In this role, you will focus on high-volume recruiting for CDL drivers across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with candidates, and has a passion for finding top talent. This position is contract for right now, expected to last for 3-4 months. The hourly rate is between $28/hr-$30/hr.The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in managing multiple openings while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for CDL driver positions nationwideSource qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channelsConduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualificationsCoordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managersBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting processTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Negotiate offers and assist candidates through the onboarding processMeet recruiting metrics and hiring deadlines in a high-volume environmentQualificationsPrevious full-cycle recruiting experience requiredExperience recruiting CDL drivers or transportation/logistics professionals strongly preferredHigh-volume recruiting experience requiredStrong sourcing and interviewing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
