We are seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Production Associates. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by operating machinery, assisting with production processes, using hand and power tools, and performing a variety of general labor duties. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, or construction-related experience who enjoy working in a hands-on environment.

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with assembly, fabrication, and general production tasks
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned work
• Perform material handling and support production workflows
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Experience in production, manufacturing, or general labor
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Experience operating production equipment or machinery
• Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Background in manufacturing, construction, assembly, or related fields

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
