Ormond Beach, FL 160 South Nova Road, Ormond Beach, FL 32174-6115, United States of America Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour We are looking for a Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience through top‑tier customer service for members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities and Duties Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Handle all front desk activities: answer phones in a friendly manner, assist callers with questions, check members into the system, take prospective members on tours, and sign up new members while calculating rates and monthly payment amounts. Assist the Club Manager with daily cash drawer counts. Facilitate updates to member accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally; elevate issues to the Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed. Maintain club neatness and cleanliness, completing daily tasks, priority cleaning lists, walk‑around and bathroom checks, and special cleaning projects. Perform additional duties based on club needs. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Customer service background preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive, upbeat attitude and passion for fitness and health. Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact professionally and exceed members’ expectations. Strong listening skills, empathy, and problem‑solving ability. Diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
