NYC Showroom Associate & Events Assistant

YEMA is a premium French watch brand founded in 1948, known for blending heritage, precision, and bold design. We’re opening our NYC showroom in SoHo to grow our presence in the U.S. The Role We’re looking for a hands‑on, and client‑focused profile to support our Showroom Manager running the space day‑to‑day as well as participating to watch fairs and events. This is a hybrid role: part showroom operator, part events assistant. You’ll be close to everything, from client experience to operations to events across the U.S. You’ll be the right hand to the Showroom Manager, working closely and reporting directly. What You’ll Do Welcome clients and deliver a premium, personal experience Present collections and support sales Handle admin + after‑sales follow‑up (clients, repairs, logistics) Manage inventory, shipments, and showroom upkeep Frequent travel across the U.S. for watch fairs, events, and brand activations Help organize in‑store events and client moments Profile 1–3 years experience (luxury retail, hospitality or showroom) Passionate with clients, sales, and fast‑paced environments Self‑starter and flexible schedule (events, weekends) Interest in watches / design is a strong plus French‑American / bicultural profile preferred Languages English is required. French language proficiency and familiarity with French luxury or watchmaking heritage are a strong plus. Base salary: $45,000- $50,000 /year, plus performance-based sales commission on NYC showroom and fairs & events sales Schedule: Full‑time, Tuesday–Saturday 401(k): Employer match up to 3% of annual salary Paid time off: 10 days paid vacation + 5 days paid sick leave per year, plus paid public holidays per the showroom's operating calendar Commuter benefit: Transportation allowance up to $150/month #J-18808-Ljbffr YEMA Watches
