What You'll Actually Be Doing You'll find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are uniquely positioned, so a big part of the fun is educating people on what we do and earning their trust. Out in the Field Connecting with 10–15 contacts a day. A mix of on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups. Getting to know all kinds of industries – Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, and more. Building Real Relationships Showing customers what Surface Experts can (and can't) do. Checking in on how happy they are and spotting ways to do even better. Earning trust by genuinely serving people. Brainstorming and chasing down new opportunities. Running the Playbook Learning our sales scripts and sharpening them through role-play. Tracking every client in our CRM from first lead to work order. Keeping data accurate day to day, week to week. Planning and owning the sales strategy for your territory. What You Bring Goal-oriented, self-starting, and full of energy. Genuinely enjoy being around people. Licensed to drive a passenger car with a clean driving record. Professional, caring, and service-minded. Ready to thrive on a metrics-based, process-driven team. Bonus Points For Working knowledge of property management and/or construction.
