Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Grand Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Documenting clinical interactions accurately to maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical treatment. \n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic and seamless treatment experience for patients. \n
- Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to elevate the standard of care and foster a culture of shared learning. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California. \n
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience, especially in providing psychotherapy services. \n
