You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details.This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters. You'll report to the Manager of Mechanical Hardware Engineering and work closely with a lean, high-trust team where everyone's work matters.What You'll DoManaging large and complex CAD assembliesModeling Class A surfaces and boat interiorsOwning hardware from start to finish, including specifications, design, prototyping, testing, and high-volume manufacturingSupporting the industrial design of next generation productsInterfacing with suppliers and contractorsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering field2+ years of industry experienceExperience with Siemens NX and TeamcenterBasic grasp of the fundamentals of Mechanical EngineeringBonus QualificationsDesign for manufacturing experience with soft goods and composites fabricationWillingness to provide hands on support with fabrication and assemblyAbility to articulate and defend design decisionsClear written and verbal communicationStrong time management skillsComfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable paceEnthusiasm for boating and the waterAt Arc, we encourage diversity and consider all qualified applicants equally for employment, regardless of background, identity, or status.
