Medical Receptionist/Assistant

Foothills Podiatry is a privately owned podiatry clinic located in North Phoenix near Mayo Clinic Hospital and Loop 101. Our practice has proudly served the community since April 2024 and continues to grow.

We are seeking an energetic, dependable individual who is looking for a long-term career . We value reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to grow with our practice. Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for healthcare and patient care
• Previous experience in a private medical practice
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out and collect patient payments.
• Schedule appointments, answer incoming phone calls, and manage call logs.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Perform accurate patient data entry and maintain electronic medical records.
• Room patients and prepare/clean exam rooms between visits.
• Sterilize instruments and restock clinical supplies as needed.
