Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Full Time Belmond, IA, US Now Hiring! Production Team Lead - 2nd shift Up to $25+/hour (based on experience) + $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift We are seeking a highly motivated, hands‑on Production Team Leader for our Belmond, IA location, to ensure our team there safely meets or exceeds production requirements and customer quality expectations. You will ensure that all closing processes have been completed at the end of your shift and that the production equipment is set up for the next day. Troubleshoot processes, equipment, and products and consult with maintenance as needed regarding needs for repair or replacement. Support your team by ensuring proper tools and equipment are available and in correct location. Perform regular quality checks to provide the best possible service for our customers. Analyze production for areas of improvement to maintain efficiency and meet production quotas. Provide regular coaching and recognize the strengths of your team to use their skills in the most effective areas. Work closely with site leadership on recognizing employee achievements and continued development. Uphold high levels of safety expectations at all times, including incident reports, spills, or equipment needs of your team. What makes you the right fit? You have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent), but even better if you have some college. You have been in leadership roles or had leadership responsibilities for at least 3 years before. You can demonstrate a high level of hands‑on servant leadership to motivate a team. If you are bilingual (English/Spanish) that is a big plus. You can demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills primarily focused on Microsoft Office software like Excel. You are highly aware of health and safety needs in a warehouse environment. You work with integrity and professionalism every day. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
