Revenue Analyst

This role is a key member of the Finance team and will be actively involved in supporting management with analysis, trends and strategic initiatives. You will lead key projects and help analyze complex business situations to help drive growth and performance. What You Will Do Support all aspects of financial reporting, including accuracy and efficiency of closing, forecasting, strategic and budget cycles. Support finance teams with analytics: rebates, profitability and segment profiles. Analyze financial data, summarize, and can provide a concise and meaningful narrative of any discrepancies. Help drive revenue analysis and reporting of operating spend and efficiencies. Trusted business partner to gain detailed knowledge of the business, ability to translate key data. Support the quarterly forecasting and annual budget process driving continuous improvement to advance forecast accuracy and overall business margins. Update financial daily and weekly reports, complete special projects, and analysis as requested. Support month end reporting process. Completing Ad Hoc requests. Qualifications PowerBI (intermediate level) Financial ERP -Microsoft AX Preferred (intermediate level) Word, Excel, Power-point proficiency Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) 2+ years of experience in financial analysis; background in Accounting and/or Finance Financial analysis experience in a manufacturing/auditing environment is preferred but not required Advanced skills in Excel, Strong MS Office skills including Word and PowerPoint – SQL or Power BI experience a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, general ERP, Salesforce, and/or Hyperion a plus Flexibility and adaptability with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment Your Potential This role will partner with our operation finance team to cross-train on all facets of Gilbarco Finance.
