To enhance paid media initiatives, the full-time remote Paid Media Specialist will manage daily execution of paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram, focusing on performance optimization and data-driven testing. Key Responsibilities Set up, launch, and maintain paid search and social campaigns, ensuring adherence to naming conventions and budget controls Monitor campaign performance daily, addressing pacing issues and optimizing underperforming ad sets Collaborate with marketing teams to recommend landing page optimizations and run structured tests to inform broader marketing strategies Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Working knowledge of paid search fundamentals and familiarity with LinkedIn paid social features Experience with UTM tagging and understanding of CRM campaign source data flow, preferably with HubSpot Proven ability to run structured A/B tests and a strong attention to detail in campaign management Fluency with AI tools for productivity enhancement in campaign execution and reporting
