Overview Junior Financial/Operations Analyst – Contract-to-Perm Opportunity. Recent Grads are more than welcome! Are you a recent graduate in Finance, Economics, or a Business related field looking to kick-start your career? We’re seeking a Junior Financial/Operations Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count) to join the team of a top investment banking firm . Ideal Candidate Recent grad with a Bachelor’s in Business (Finance, Economics, or related). Experience or internship in banking or financial services is highly preferred (6 months to 2 YOE). Strong communication and organizational skills. What You’ll Do Support financial and operational processes. Analyze and reconcile data. Assist in creating reports and managing transactions.
