Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical Surgery (Breast Soft Tissue Surgery Division)

Breast Surgical Oncology Surgeon The Department of Surgery of Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC) and the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center are seeking a BC/BE fellowship‑trained breast surgical oncologist (or equivalent) focused on benign, malignant, and high‑risk breast cancer care. This role is an academic position that integrates closely with medical oncology, radiation oncology, plastic surgery, genetics, and radiology within a distinguished multidisciplinary breast program. The candidate will collaborate on contemporary breast and regional nodal management, perform minimally invasive and cosmetically optimized procedures—including nipple‑sparing mastectomy and skin‑sparing mastectomy—and partner with plastic surgeons to offer oncoplastic techniques that balance oncologic safety with aesthetic outcomes. The successful candidate will actively participate in multidisciplinary decision‑making, contribute to the design and execution of clinical trials aimed at advancing evidence‑based, patient‑centered breast surgical oncology care, and engage in teaching and clinical research. Clinical responsibilities cover the main academic campus and satellite locations in Arcadia, Pasadena, and La Cañada, providing a blend of academic practice and community‑based care. The annual base salary range for this position is $350,000‑$400,000.
