Brand Einstein Bros. Bagels Job Title Shift Leader Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Take charge of setting morale, open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach team members, maintain quality of food and beverages, and keep a safe and clean store environment.
