The company currently does around $20M annually, with projects ranging from $1M-$10M and are growing nicely due to a great reputation and how they treat both their clients and employees. They mainly operate in the healthcare sector and do both ground up and interior projects. They are very well respected in the industry as the leadership and ownership of this general contractor truly are high quality people that know what they are doing. Strictly due to growth, they need to hire a Chief Estimator to their team. This person will both lead and grow their current team, bringing experience, leadership, and a desire to become a very important member of the leadership and growth of this company. Requirements 10+ years experience in estimating /preconstruction working for a general contractor or specialty contractor Leadership experience with a desire to manage and grow a team Experience estimating healthcare projects a plus, but not required.
