Bilingual Estimator - Residential Remodeling

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Estimator to join our growing team. This role is essential for providing accurate cost estimates for residential remodeling projects, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. As an estimator, you'll collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure everything aligns with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates are aligned with project needs.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 or more years of experience in estimating residential remodeling projects.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish required to communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).

Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Pay Range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience, proficiency in estimating software, and the scope of the projects handled.
