Technical Support Engineer - 24/7 On-Call

Hubbell Incorporated’s Aclara division seeks a Technical Support Engineering Coordinator in St. Louis, MO (and Solon, OH) to engage with utility customers, respond to issues, and drive timely resolutions. You will troubleshoot TCP/IP, RF, serial, and hardware/firmware problems, create knowledgebase content, analyze data with SQL/Oracle, and be available on-call 24/7.
