Maintenance Technician II — Evening Shift (Facilities)

APPA

APPA in Tacoma, WA is seeking a General Maintenance Technician II to perform a range of on-campus maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, boiler, roofing, lighting, and carpentry duties. The role reports to the Director of Operations & Maintenance and Shift Repair Lead, and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in building maintenance, and a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr APPA
