ERP Systems Analyst 1

Job Description

This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes to dig in and make systems work smarter. You’ll support key manufacturing applications, help resolve issues quickly, and contribute to improvements that make a real difference on the shop floor and beyond. If you’re curious, collaborative, and energized by solving problems in a fast‑moving environment, we’d love to have you apply. This is a fully in-person role.

• Support for applications relating to raw materials procurement, orders, machine scheduling, production, product testing, finished goods inventory, invoicing and sales reporting.

• Research innovative technologies that can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness.   
\n
• Validate system results by writing and executing test cases.   
\n
• Actively troubleshoot issues with application systems by working with end users, vendors, Tier 2 Support and developers to resolve them.   
\n
• Retrieve and manage data from various systems.  
\n
• Implement new workflow solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative options.   
\n
• Document and train end users on best practices.
\n
• Work with a sense of urgency in solving issues, removing roadblocks and improving the user experience.  
\n

• Proven experience working within manufacturing principles and associated business processes.   
\n
• Experience using SQL.
\n
• Experience configuring integrated manufacturing systems is a plus.   
\n
• Experience with ERP systems.  Kiwiplan or Amtech manufacturing applications a plus.   
\n
• Help Desk background is a plus.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.   
\n
• Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively.   
\n
• Customer service focus on the ability to positively interact directly with end users.   
\n
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.   
\n
• High level of emotional intelligence.   
\n
• Collaborative team first mentality. Business and goal oriented.   
\n
• Inquisitive personality with a can-do/positive outlook. In addition to a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
