What You'll Be Brewing Up: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Barista at Cuppa Coffee - Merrimac, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your day-to-day will include: - Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care. - Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the café area and equipment. - Assisting with restocking supplies and keeping track of inventory needs. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
What We're Looking For: Required Skills and QualificationsWe’re searching for someone who: - Has at least 1 year of barista experience and a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques. - Is passionate about coffee and customer service. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively. - Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Is reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a positive team dynamic.
