Lead Software Developer

Salary: $45,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who meets the following qualifications:
• U.S. Citizenship and an active [Secret / Top Secret / TS/SCI] security clearance.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Maven, Vantage, TDP, and Advana.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in supporting federal or defense programs.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C++.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, you will:
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications for defense-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including analysts, engineers, and military personnel, to define requirements and provide high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.
• Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to the development of best practices and technical standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
