The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.Position typically requires 5+ years relevant experience Provide knowledge and expertise in full cycle recruitment focused on attracting and hiring future employees including:Promoting the organization's employee value proposition and image as an attractive place to workAttracting, screening, and interviewing candidates for selection and short-listing.Recommending hiring of internal and external candidates for both entry-level and experienced positions.Administering pre-employment tests, checking references, and conducting psychometric assessments when applicable.Providing feedback to non-selected candidates.May assist with job advertising and job-posting on various job-boards.*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
