Job Description

We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to maintain safety and security within a retail setting. This role involves monitoring premises, ensuring the protection of customers and assets, and responding effectively to any incidents or emergencies.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular surveillance and patrolling of retail areas
Report incidents promptly and accurately
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety
Monitor crowds and manage crowd control when necessary
Operate and respond to alarm systems
Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a security role
