Hospice Admissions RN: Compassionate Care Navigator
Empath Health
Trustbridge Hospice, a proud member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Admissions Team serving Broward County. The RN will evaluate referred patients and educate families about hospice care, guiding care plans with physicians and liaisons. The role requires an active Florida RN license, with BSN and hospice certification preferred, and Basic Life Support. Schedule: Tue–Fri, 9:00am–7:30pm, with travel as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Empath Health
