Senior Inpatient Medical Records Coder

Stony Brook Medicine in Commack, NY is seeking a qualified Coder to assign ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT and HCPCS codes for inpatient encounters. You will review medical records, use encoder interfaces, and ensure HIPAA compliance while meeting productivity and quality goals. The ideal candidate has CCS certification and substantial inpatient coding experience, with MS-DRG knowledge and NYS APR DRG awareness.
