Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami, Florida area. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms to grow brand awareness and community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts, sourcing visuals, maintaining a content calendar, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to community interactions in a timely and thoughtful manner. The Social Media Coordinator will track performance metrics, assist in campaign development, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and stay current on social media trends and best practices. This position also supports brand voice consistency and helps capture user feedback and insights from social channels. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms. Excellent Communication and Writing abilities, including clear, concise, and inclusive messaging tailored for different audiences. Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including audience targeting, engagement strategies, and basic analytics. Ability to use social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform insights) to plan and measure campaigns. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage an editorial calendar and multiple concurrent projects. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment. Interest in relationship science, AI-driven products, and building online communities that promote respectful, inclusive interactions.
