SALES COORDINATOR

BQ Technologies, a leading provider of testing services and equipment for the Identity and payments industries, needs a full-time sales coordinator to provide clerical support for our sales and customer service department. Responsibilities: 1. Processes request for quotes, sales orders, change orders and invoices in accordance with internal procedures. 2. Organizes and maintains all sales related documentation, including quotations, sales orders, export compliance and customer correspondence, etc. 3. Organizes and maintains customer contact information in company systems. 4. Interacts with other company personnel to resolve and respond to customer inquiries/issues, which may include pricing, delivery, accounting, quality, shipping, etc. 5. Achieves and maintains relationships with customers and strives to give the best possible service. 6. Verbal and written correspondence with internal staff and external customers. 7. Compiles data and produces sales reports as required. 8. Travel to attend trade shows and/or customer visits Skills: 1. Must be able to seamlessly multi-task between multiple priorities. 2. Must have excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. 3. Must have a good memory 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. 5. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, suppliers, and internal/external auditors. 6. Aptitude to understand technical terms and concepts. 7. Ability to apply basic math concepts. 8. Able to organize digital work product in email applications, on company servers and company systems. 9. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, internet, email, networks and enterprise management systems. Work Experience: 1. Must have previous experience in a sales administrative support role in a business-to-business environment. Education: 1. Two or four year degree in related business field preferred but not required.
