Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join a supportive and experienced rehab team in a fast-paced environment. The Physical Therapist will provide patient care by managing a varied caseload, prioritizing patient needs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. This role requires strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills, with a focus on delivering quality therapy services. The position is a temporary travel assignment covering a full-time PT's leave starting in September, located in a desirable Northern California neighborhood. Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients with varied caseloads in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prioritize patient care effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment accurately and timely.
• Adapt to team needs and support a positive work environment.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred but not required.
• Adaptability and teamwork skills.

Special Considerations:

• Temporary travel assignment covering a full-time Physical Therapist's leave starting in September.
• Work environment located in a bike-friendly, walkable neighborhood adjacent to McKinley Park, Sacramento.

Scheduling:

• Full-time schedule during the coverage period.
