CRT - Respiratory Therapy

Schedule
Full-time nights, 0.9 FTE (36 hours/week). Weekend rotation included with an 8-week schedule rotation. No call.

Requirements
- BLS (AHA only)
- Indiana State License
- NRP
- NBRC
- Experience considered for CRT candidates based on qualifications.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and support to patients as per established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and respond to changes as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory procedures and equipment usage.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to respiratory treatment.
