Commerical Plumbing Estimator

Job Title

Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial plumbing and medical gas systems

Review construction drawings, specifications, and addenda

Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing

Develop complete, accurate estimates and bid packages

Coordinate scope of work and clarify bid requirements

Manage assigned bids from takeoff through estimate completion

Maintain confidentiality of all bid-related information

Qualifications and Certifications

5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating

Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with schematic and conceptual estimating

Knowledge of plumbing and medical gas codes and requirements

Field experience in plumbing and/or medical gas systems
