What You'll Be Doing As a Tea Shop Barista, you’ll be the face of Rose Teahouse, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly brewed cup of tea. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving a variety of teas and beverages with precision and care. Providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with menu selections and answering questions. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the tea shop, including the preparation and seating areas. Handling transactions efficiently and accurately at the register. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
