DutiesServe as a subject matter expert within the Defense Health Network on the Issue resolution for Clinical, Revenue Cycle and Administrative facets of the electronic health record and associated interfaces.Advise on strategic integration of all Electronic Health Record (EHR) workflows, encounter creation and management, and technology solutions to support Electronic Health Record modernization.Lead in solution development with expertise by collaborating with enterprise partners in the development of Health Information Technology Content and Configuration Change Management Issue Resolution Management policies, processes, and procedures.Support network leaders, and MTF Commanders by defining, analyzing and resolution of issues related to MHS-G, and associated interfaces.Plan and direct health informatics support operations and their effect on the ability to meet mission objectives, policies, and procedures.Represent the organization at DoD, DHA, command and installation meetings and conferences.
