Assistant Manager

Position Summary The Assistant Manager supports the Operations Manager in daily operations at Score Entertainment and helps supervise staff, guest service, and shift execution across multiple departments. Primary Duties Assist with opening and closing procedures. Supervise team members during assigned shifts. Handle guest concerns and elevate major issues when needed. Support scheduling, training, and shift coverage. Monitor cleanliness, safety, cash handling, and service quality. Help manage parties, attractions, front desk, and food and beverage operations. Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory or assistant management experience preferred. Strong communication and team leadership skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods. Reliable, flexible, and able to solve problems quickly. Prior hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, amusement, or customer service experience preferred. Typical Work Schedule Full-time; generally 40–50 hours per week. Rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
