A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential support in geriatric patient care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort and safety under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This full-time role involves monitoring vital signs, maintaining sanitation standards, and implementing infection control protocols across various shifts, including day, night, evening, and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Follow infection control guidelines to maintain a safe environment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of patient areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing assistance
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities
• Empathy and effective communication skills
• Experience monitoring vital signs
