Schedule
40 hours a week; primarily Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to an average of 14 patients per day.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and prevention.
