We're looking for a Lead Enterprise Integration Engineer to play a critical role in that transformation.

This is more than an integration development position. You'll serve as Liberty's technical leader for enterprise integrations, APIs, and custom applications, designing the architecture that connects our ERP, business systems, field operations, and data platforms. You'll work directly with executive leadership to build scalable solutions, establish engineering standards, and influence the future direction of our enterprise technology landscape.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Integration & Solution Architecture

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise integrations across business applications, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient API- and file-based integrations using technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SFTP/FTP, web services, and enterprise middleware.
• Develop reusable integration components, orchestration workflows, mappings, and transformation logic using JavaScript and/or Groovy.
• Establish enterprise integration standards for security, authentication, versioning, monitoring, logging, error handling, and operational support.
• Produce technical architecture, interface specifications, data models, and solution documentation that support long-term scalability and maintainability.

Software & Data Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain secure custom applications, services, workflows, and automation solutions supporting enterprise operations.
• Build scalable database solutions using Oracle and SQL Server, including schema design and advanced SQL development.
• Extend and integrate enterprise platforms including Oracle Fusion, Power Platform, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and related business applications.
• Research emerging technologies—including AI-enabled development, automation, and integration capabilities—and recommend solutions that improve business outcomes.
• Monitor production integrations and applications, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve reliability and performance.

Technical Leadership

• Serve as Liberty's technical authority for enterprise integration architecture and engineering best practices.
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, and technical planning sessions to ensure solution quality and consistency.
• Mentor developers, consultants, and engineering partners while promoting modern development standards and reusable design patterns.
• Coordinate technical work across internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors while providing recommendations on architecture, implementation, licensing, and long-term support.

Business Partnership

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Facilitate technical workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders across the organization.
• Clearly communicate architecture decisions, technical tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while balancing priorities, timelines, and business objectives.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations, APIs, and software solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise application and data integrations.
• Strong programming experience with JavaScript and/or Groovy.
• Deep expertise with enterprise integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, or comparable technologies.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, SFTP/FTP, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong experience designing relational databases and developing advanced SQL solutions using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience producing technical architecture, interface specifications, data models, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar enterprise technologies.
• Understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud architecture, security, and application scalability principles.
• Experience leading code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentoring development teams or implementation partners.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion ERP integration experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud, and hybrid integration architectures.
• Experience establishing enterprise integration governance, reusable frameworks, and engineering standards.
• Construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based industry experience.
• Experience supporting business-critical enterprise applications in production environments.
