As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory effectively and assist with stock replenishment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Knowledge of basic math principles for accurate handling of cash and inventory management.
• 5+ years experience in sales is mandatory.
• Familiarity with product demos, showcasing features effectively to drive sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interaction with customers and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
