$40,000-$45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

The Bounty

$40,000-$45,000 Base Salary - your retainer for showing up ready to kill.

Uncapped Commission - the real money.

• $250 for every qualified Second Time Appointment (STA) you secure
• 25% of service revenue on every deal you source that closes

What You’ll Do

• Rip dials. All day. Every day.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives
• Prospect and cold-call business decision-makers
• Build relationships with C-level executives and business owners
• Blow past gatekeepers with confidence and precision
• Schedule qualified first appointments
• Maintain accurate intel in a CRM
• Participate in daily sales coaching and professional development
• Consistently shatter performance goals - not “meet” them

 

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
• Fearless on the phone - the dial doesn’t scare you, it excites you
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Highly competitive with a work ethic that borders on obsessive
• Coachable and hungry to improve every single day
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
