Infant Lead Teacher (Experience Required)

Kids Growing Early Learning Center is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher who has a passion for working with our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will:

Responsibilities:

• Have a genuine love for infants and early childhood development
• Care and education of children while meeting the individual needs of the children
• Help to plan and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules
• Help design and maintain an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the infants in the classroom
• Interact with the infants to support play, exploration, and learning
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
• Participation in staff and training meetings
• Compliance with current state licensing regulations and company procedures and policies
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies ages 6 weeks to 18 months
• Be attentive and responsive to each child’s individual needs
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and staff to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
• Have or be willing to obtain the required state certifications/training for infant care

Requirements:

• Prior infant classroom/group setting experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a love of young children
• Must be a team player
• Least One year of Experience
