This role provides the opportunity to build strong relationships with children and families while creating a nurturing environment that supports each child's earliest developmental milestones. As the classroom leader, you will create engaging experiences that encourage exploration, sensory development, communication, and secure attachments during a child's most important first year. Key Responsibilities Lead all daily routines for the infant classroom, including feeding, diapering, naps, and developmental activities Create a warm, responsive, and engaging learning environment that supports each child's individual needs Implement age-appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.
