Pay & Schedule $23.50 per hour Weekly pay Medical and Dental Insurance – Begins after 4 weeks averaging 20+ hours per week 10 paid holidays 80 hours PTO annually Birthday Pay (After 1 year) Life Insurance (Company paid) Profit Sharing 401K Retirement Plan – Company Match up to 4% (after 1 year) Company Culture Humble – We learn, not brag Teamwork – We’ve got each other’s backs Accountability – We own what we say and do Solution‑Driven – We fix problems, not complain about them GWC – We hire people who get it, want it, and have the capacity to do it The Work Firewood packaging and delivery Environmental cleaning such as storm drains Assist with cleaning work sites, office and yard Physically load items and materials onto truck, roll‑off bin, etc. Light demolitions of structures and items Assist with storage Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
