Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a part-time HR Coordinator at our Niagara Falls facility that will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. This entry-level role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!

What you will be doing:

• Assist with posting job openings on internal and external job boards
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
• Support new hire onboarding, including organization of new hire orientation
• Maintain personnel and benefit files ensuring all documents are filed in a timely manner
• Assist employees with HR computer applications
• Support benefits enrollment and employee communications
• Help track employee leave requests and maintain related records
• Support training coordination and learning initiatives
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement efforts as assigned

What you will bring along:

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of administrative, customer service, office support, or HR experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus

Pay Range: $19-21 per hour
